For the hospitality and leisure industry having a well maintained air conditioning and refrigeration system is crucial to ensuring customers remain satisfied, and consumables are chilled to meet strict food hygiene standards. Synecore’s service and maintenance programme for air conditioning and commercial refrigeration provides businesses with peace-of-mind and ensures they comply with Fgas regulations for refrigerants all-year-round. For any breakdowns, Synecore offers an emergency call-out service, where customers can expect a qualified engineer onsite within 24 hours.
Committed to providing the highest quality of service, Synecore offers complete maintenance and repair of all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment at competitive rates. Its attention to customer care has won the firm annual service and maintenance contracts for large brands within the hospitality and leisure industry, including Pizza Hut, Wasabi, Leon, E-ON Power station in Grain and in Enfield.
Recently Synecore won the service and maintenance contract for Bermondsey Square Hotel after completing the installation of air conditioning throughout the ground floor and 11 of its bedrooms. As part of the contract, Synecore will service the Mitsubishi R410a VRF system’s nine condensing units, 109 cassette units, BC control boxes, the server room, and condensers for the kitchen cold room, the beer cellar, various fridges, freezers and ice machines.
As part of any service and maintenance contract Synecore schedules planned visits to the site to carry out condenser coil cleaning, operation tests, checks for leaks in the system and completes Fgas records. Repairs are carried out as quickly as possible to reduce any disruption to the business, its staff and customers.
Synecore’s HVAC Manager, Gary Piper says, “Businesses with air conditioning and refrigeration are turning to us more so than ever to help them remain Fgas compliant and ensure their systems are running all-year-round. When refrigeration or air conditioning fails it can have catastrophic effects on the running of any commercial kitchen or hotel. That’s why we aim to carry out a site visit within 24 hours from receiving a call.
“These emergency call-outs can of course be prevented by ensuring a system is well maintained. We find that the majority of emergency calls come when there is a change in use in the air conditioning system caused by a change in the ambient temperature, or from misuse by staff. By signing up to our service and maintenance programme we can prevent costly breakdowns and we can provide training to staff who have access to the equipment.”
