Eon the national utility supplier, entrusted Synecore Ltd with the design and installation of their new Air Conditioning requirement at Enfield Power Station. Supplying heating and cooling solution, the requirement covered both the security and control blocks.

Daikin was the chosen manufacturer and working closely together, Synecore submitted plans for VRV systems to cover both buildings. With the security building requiring Cassettes within induction room and a ducted unit to reception, this would prove a perfect solution for our client.

The Control building was to replace an existing system that had become uneconomical to maintain, so the removal of the Fujitsu system was the priority, and then a new Daikin heat recovery system was supplied and installed, 8 Cassettes in total within the Control block.

“When you consider the entire installation was carried out during normal working hours in a busy office, Synecore staff were polite, efficient and at all times took into consideration the impact on the working enviroment around them”, Said Dean Hoare Eon procurement manager.

“We quickly discovered that our fears of dust and mess were unfounded, the on-site team were hoovering up almost before mess was made, we were delighted with the experience from start to finish of working with Synecore Ltd and hope to work with again in the very near future” continued Dean.
