Founder and Managing Director of Synecore, Paul has more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial refrigeration sector. Having initially walked the streets of London handing out multi deck leaflets, Paul has come a long way, thanks to his sheer determination and enthusiasm for the business. He has been involved in developing some of the UK’s highest profile sites, including The Savoy, The O2, Emirates Stadium and Wembley Arena. Over the years Paul has built strong relationships with his clients, which has led to Synecore’s significant involvement in the national rollout of several blue-chip brands in the retail, hospitality and leisure industry.
With his vast experience in the HVAC industry Gary’s knowledge is paramount to Synecore’s exposure in this market. Gary’s wisdom in all HVAC related issues comes from his time working as an apprentice, engineer, project manager and sales manager. He is the ultimate expert on Fgas and TM44 compliancy and has the ability to educate our clients about these issues. Gary is passionate about ensuring our clients understand the major benefits of maintaining HVAC equipment and believes they should form part of every client’s budget.
A fully served electrician, Phil brings a wealth of experience to our project management team. With 17 years within the industry working from domestic through to commercial and industrial sectors, Phil provides an excellent, knowledgeable service to our clients and is very popular amongst them.
As someone who loves to be challenged and has a passion for detail, Joanne is the backbone of Synecore’s finance department. Since joining Synecore in 2022 Joanne has been responsible for our long-term financial growth and health. Having implemented strategies and grown our finance department, Joanne has been instrumental in ensuring Synecore remains a strong division within the Andwis Group. As we continue to grow organically and through acquisition, Joanne oversees our financial health and efficiency. We simply couldn’t be without her!
